2014.02.05 — 069/184; ウエイトリフティング (Weight Training) & ヴィンヤサヨガ (Vinyasa Yoga). I had so much fun with my workout tonight! I spent 20 minutes foam rolling to warm-up before I headed off to destroy my body with crossfit … the 60 minute yoga class was the light at the end of the tunnel.
WOD — 10 Rounds: 5 x Hang Power Clean @ 95# followed by 20 x Thrusters @ 65#. I only had 30 minutes to work with before yoga so there was very little recovery time in between rounds. I made sure to not compromise technique despite the time limitation. Yoga was the perfect way to end my workout ツ
