2014.01.05 — 038/184; SRR. Three miles at recovery run effort. Vinyasa yoga was great this morning. I opted to do my recovery run after yoga this week since my hamstring and IT band were extremely sore from yesterday’s long run in the snow.
For lunch today, I modified one of the new salads at sweetgreen to make it vegan friendly: organic mesclun with tofu, avocado, grape tomatoes, red onion and crushed tortilla chips; topped with a lime cilantro jalapeño vinaigrette and a fresh lime squeeze ツ
